A classic among cajons, known the world over and affectionately known as "el negro" in the Flamenco scene. This is Schlagwerk's most successful cajon, and is known for its rich bass and strong mid range tones, making it versatile for many music styles. The specific method of construction together with high quality raw materials and the world class German design give this instrument its unique bass and snare sound, remarkably similar to an authentic drum sound. The snare strings can be tuned by adjusting the tension device in the floor of the cajon with an allen key.
